Dr Meena Naru

Mrs Meena Naru, qualified from Glasgow University in June 1989. She then completed an optional year of vocational training in Dumfries before joining a busy dental practice in Glasgow, where she worked for 4 years.
Following her move south, Meena joined the Nichols and Fisher Practice in 1995 and has been working at the practice ever since. She also worked part-time at the Quarry House Dental Practice in Leeds for 3 years from 1994.
She enjoys all aspects of general dental practice and values the ethos of the Nichols and Fisher Practice and the rewards that working in a stable and growing family practice bring.
Dr Elizabeth Jayne Webster
BChD (1990)

Jayne qualified from Leeds University in 1990 and has worked in general practice since then, gaining experience in all aspects of dentistry.
Prior to joining Nichols and Fisher Dental Practice, Jayne has spent over 20 years working in highly successful practices in Pudsey and Headingley.
Jayne is committed to preventative dentistry and by building long lasting partnerships with her patients is able to help them reduce the need for treatment, ensuring teeth for life. Nothing makes her happier than a check up with no more than a polish required!
By taking the time to understand every individual's requirements, Jayne ensures her patients are relaxed, informed and confident that they are receiving the treatment that is right for them.
Francesca Britton
Hygiene Therapist

Ms Francesca Britton qualified from the Leeds Dental Institute in December 2006 and has been working at our practice since.
As well as hygiene work, she is also qualified as a Dental Therapist and can carry out a range of other treatments, including fillings.
Kelly Maybury
Hygiene Therapist

Mrs Kelly Maybury qualified from Newcastle University in 2012 and joined our practice in 2021.
Before qualifying as a hygiene therapist, Kelly was a dental nurse for many years.
As well as hygiene work, she is also qualified as a Dental Therapist and can carry out a range of other treatments, including fillings.

Lauren Atack
Practice Manager
Lauren started working at the practice in January 2014. She is a qualified dental nurse who knows our practice really well as she has also been a patient since childhood. In 2021 Lauren became Practice Manager taking care of things behind the scenes.
Elizabeth Elsworth
Assistant Manager
Mrs Elizabeth Elsworth joined Nichols and Fisher in 2002. Elizabeth has the responsilbility of reception duties and enjoys the different challenges and rewards it brings.
Zoe Waite
Administrative Lead
Miss Zoe Waite joined Nichols and Fisher in June 2013 after qualifying from the Leeds Dental Institute that spring. She organises the appointment books for all the clinicians and deals with referrals that are sent to and form the practice.

Amanda Flintoft
Nurse
Amanda started working for Nichols and Fisher in 1993. Amanda particularly enjoys nursing and helping nervous patients feel at ease. She is a valuable member of our longstanding staff.
Kerry Chadwick
Nurse
Mrs Kerry Chadwick has been a member of our dental team for 32 years and feels she has grown in knowledge and experience as the practice has grown. She hopes she provides a familiar face and empathy for all.
Megan Brennan
Nurse
Megan was originally a patient at our practice, she joined us in 2011 after leaving school and is now a qualified dental nurse. She has a lively, pleasant personality which relaxes even the most nervous patients.
Ellie Barraclough

Ellie joined the practice in 2016 after she qualified from Leeds Dental Institute. She really enjoys working alongside the dentists and other team members to ensure all our patients feel at ease and receive the best treatment possible.
Ashley Horwell

Ashley started working at Nichols & Fisher in 2003, graduating from Leeds Dental Hospital in 2005.
She spent 5 years working in Canada but on her return we were very happy that she asked to continue working at our practice.
Ashley is very passionate about all aspects of her job, especially patient care and comfort. The love for her work really shows as she creates a happy working environment for both the patients and colleagues around her.
Nicole Rourke
Nurse
Nicole started working at our practice during the Coronavirus Pandemic. She qualified in March 2022 and is a very hard working passionate member of the team.
Nicole especially enjoys treating young patients and watching them grow.
Victoria Crowther

Oral Health Educator/ Nurse
Victoria joined us in March 2022 after working as a dental nurse for 15 years. Victoria is our Oral Health Educator and provides oral health education appointments/ fluoride application for our patients.
In her spare time Victoria loves spending time with her two young children.
Bethany Johnson
Nurse
Bethany joined us in August 2021. She has a bubbly personality that brightens up the room and makes the patients feel at ease.
In her spare time Beth is a keen baker and loves spending time with her dog!
