Prior to your initial appointment we will need:

1) Your personal details

2) Your GP's details

3) A list of your current medications

4) A deposit of £40

You'll be greeted by our friendly reception staff.

You can take a seat in one of our comfortable waiting rooms.

There is a quiet room for adults or a children's area with toys and games.

While you wait we will give you an iPad to fill in any final details we need.

Then we will bring you through to one of our treatment rooms to tailor an individual treatment plan for you and discuss our range of options.
